RECORD AND ANALYSIS (2009)

Record and Analysis was a curatorial commission from the City of Melbourne Arts and Heritage Collection and was exhibited at the City Gallery in 2009. Using the Council’s collection of engineering photographs as material it explored the aesthetic and conceptual potential these utilitarian photographs contained. It presented the engineering photographs as a self-contained archive and to further rupture the photograph’s meaning I anonymously donated a selection of photographs to the archive and used them to augment the exhibition.
